Hello East High School Families,
Thursday morning, April 11, will be the start of online sign up for Parent-Teacher Conferences. Our convenient online system allows you to sign up for conferences when it best fits your schedule and view your schedule easily online. Booking a conference is easy. Please see the instructions attached on how to login and schedule your conferences. It is mobile friendly and easy to use. Please be aware this is not connected to the Parent Portal. Conferences will be held in person or virtually. Teachers will have their room numbers listed for in person conferences and will have the virtual link for those who choose to attend virtually. If you want to attend a virtual conference you need to make sure to check the box that says Make Conference a Virtual Meeting.
As we prepare for parent-teacher conferences, efforts are made to ensure that we are fully compliant with protecting the privacy of your child’s educational records. State and federal laws regarding privacy of educational records require that any individual who is not a parent or a legal guardian (such as a step-parent) must have written authorization in place, from a parent or legal guardian, allowing the sharing of the student’s educational record. This authorization should be in place for an individual who is not the parent or legal guardian to attend and participate in these conferences.
The Rights to Records form must be completed to share a student’s educational record prior to your conference. Please call our main office at (920) 391-2400 to obtain this form.
You will not be able to schedule conferences until at Midnight
Parent/Teacher conference dates and times for East High School are:
- Thursday, April 25, 2024 from 3:30 pm - 7:00 pm
- Tuesday, April 30, 2024 from 3:30 pm - 7:00 pm
