Day 1

Good Morning East high school, it is a great day to be a Red Devil and these are your morning announcements. Please stand for the Pledge of Allegiance.

I pledge allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America, and to the Republic for which it stands, one Nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.

Do you want to be a part of the decision making process at East? Do you want to help plan the school events and school spirit events? If so, then the student council  is for you. Stop in the main office and pick up an application and follow the instructions. Make sure to return it to the main office by May 5th.

Nothing fishy here!  Your Green Bay East FFA invites both students & staff to come to help filet this year’s fish.  We start slicing on Wednesday, May 11, @ 3 pm.  Depending on the quality & quantities of the cuts, we hope to package these up, freeze, & donate a portion of the meat to a local food shelf, though we’ll have some for snack after all is cleaned up!  Reserve your spot with this link: http://bit.ly/eastfillet  Student permission form is linked on RSVP page or printed copies are in Mr. “Mark-cart”s room, 153.  Again: fish fileting, May 11 after school, must reserve through link!

Seniors: Caps and gowns will be delivered on May 5th during the lunch hours please pick it up by the auditorium.

Attention students: Dodgeball will be Wednesday May 4th. Yes, this week. Forms are in the main office and need to be in by Tuesday. Teams consist of 8 players, 4 boys and 4 girls and can be of mixed grade level. AS a reminder grades and attendance count!

Hey East Students: This week is Teacher appreciation week and the student council wants you to say thank you to your teachers. Before school each day in the main office lobby student council members will have a table with Post-Its. You can write a note to say thanks to a specific teacher or to teachers in general. The Post its will then be added to the giant poster and at the end of the week they will be delivered to the teachers.  You can sign your name to them or they can be anonymous.
