The next meeting of your Green Bay East FFA is Tuesday, February 7th @ 3:15 in the Agriscience Room 153. Mark-cart is whipping out the flat-top grill & making breakfast sandwiches. Latino Club: Show someone you care. Have an Orange Crush delivered to a friend, sibling, teacher, or significant other during Advisory on Tuesday, February 14th for a Valentine’s Day surprise! Orders for delivery will be taken before and after school and during both lunches starting Monday, February 6th before school and ending Monday, February 13th. A can of Orange Crush will cost $1.50. Only $1.50 to put a smile on someone’s face and let them know they are special.

Yearbook updates: Please get your senior pictures into Ms. Blackford by March 3rd. Additionally, seniors if your parents would like to include a senior tribute in the yearbook have them go to yearbookforever.com to upload photos and text to include. These could include good luck for college/workforce and/or baby pictures and are a special remembrance of your time in school.
Also,if you still haven’t ordered a yearbook? You can still purchase a yearbook at yearbookforever.com or in the main office.
Juniors: Reminder that there is a meeting after school TOMORROW (Wed 2/8) regarding Junior Prom planning. Meet in Room 242 at 3:05pm. The meeting will last 30 minutes. See Mrs. DeJardin with any questions!
Attention Freshmen: On Monday, February 13th, Link Crew is hosting valentine cookie decorating for 9th graders! Whether you want to decorate a cookie for someone special or for yourself, join us after school in room 301 on Monday, February 13th. Attention all potential AVID students: Today we are having an AVID recruitment lunch in room 234 for those that received an AVID invitation. Congratulations FBLA members: This past Saturday students from Green Bay East FBLA competed in regional competition at Gillett High School. We are pleased to report that our 16 year consecutive record of East FBLA members qualifying for state remains unbroken. Here are the results: Students who placed in the top 3 for their event and qualified for FBLA State include: Tallon Baird and Isaac Munchoff - 1st place in Network Design, Giovanny Rodriguez - 2nd place in Computer Problem Solving, Brisset Torres Alvarado - 3rd place in Banking and Financial Systems. Top 5 Honorable Mention finishers include: Sunny Lee - 4th place in Computer Problem Solving, Anna Lersch - 4th place in Graphic Design, Anthony Muskovitz-Karl - 4th place in Marketing Concepts, Careli Navarro - 4th place in Personal Finance, Congratulations East FBLA!
Sporting Events: Boys Basketball vs Seymour JV plays @ 5:45, Varsity plays @ 7:00. Cost of admission is $5.00 for adults and $3.00 for students.
