Day 1


Good Morning East High School, it is a great day to be a Red Devil and these are your morning announcements. Please stand for the Pledge of Allegiance. 


I pledge allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America, and to the Republic for which it stands, one Nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.


Attention sophomores and juniors who are looking for a job! On April 12, you will have the opportunity to meet with Brown County businesses to learn about jobs available in the following fields: architecture and construction, health science, hospitality, manufacturing, and natural resources, automotive technology, engineering, and more. The Northeast Wisconsin Youth Apprenticeship Spring Job Fair will take place on Wednesday, April 12 from 4 - 7 pm at De Pere High School. Pre-registration is recommended but not required. Forms are available in Student Services.



NHS members: Just a reminder that we have our monthly meeting on Tuesday April 11th at 7 am in room 309.  Any questions, please see Mrs. McGrath or Mr. Garay.


Attention Seniors: Are you interested in designing the diploma cover? Please see the flyer for more details. Submission deadline is Thursday, April 13, 2023 to student services.


Attention East 9-11th graders: Do you want to be a part of district level decision making and working with the school board? Then you should run for Intra City Student Council. Intra city student council is a council made up of students from the 5 area high schools and they work with the school district to help make policy changes. If interested, please pick up a form in the main office and return it by Thursday April 13th.


Attention 9th graders:  Link Crew will once again be hosting cookie decorating this week Wednesday, April 12th in room 301 right after school.  Again, this is open to all East High freshmen who would like to stop up and decorate a cookie or two.  We hope to see you Wednesday after school in room 301!

Latino Club: Our next meeting will be after school on Thursday, April 13 in room 234. All students are welcome!


Club Latino: Nuestra próxima reunión se llevará a cabo el jueves, 13 de abril, en el salón 234. ¡Todos los estudiantes están invitados!


Musical Theatre Workshop:  The Center Stage Program is offering a monologue workshop on April 18th from 5:00-6:30 PM at the PAC Appleton, WI. Actor, Ginger Grace, will focus on preparing a monologue, and layering technique for understanding character - details and sign-up link available in  Newsies google classroom. Limit of 11 students in this  session. See Mrs. Tjoflat in room 117 with questions.
