Library: Yesterday was William Shakespeare's Birthday! We're still celebrating this noteworthy poet and playwright who was born on April 23, 1564. Look for Shakespeare's quotes around school. If you find one, take it down and bring it to the library and tell Ms. Ollmann the speaker of the quote and name of the play. Each person who brings in a Shakespeare quote gets a prize!

Today is also the beginning of National Library Week events in the East High Library! Today, there is free yoga for all levels in the library during lunch hours. No experience, no problem. No mat, no problem. Bring some mindfulness into your Monday!

"Live in the Library" is back! As a culminating event during National Library Week, you are invited to share your voice in the library. Your performance could be musical--singing or instrumental--or spoken word--poetry or short story. We also have a karaoke machine! Live in the Library is taking place all day on Friday, April 28.
