The 31st annual fishing tournament was a success. We had good weather and great attendance - the largest in over a decade. 42 fish were caught including: Northern Pike, Perch, Bullheads, and Sheepshead. Mr. Michalsen caught the largest fish - a Northern pike that was 27"!  The smallest fish caught was a 4" perch caught by Ms. Grams’ son with the help of Rileigh Opsahl and the most fish caught (7) by Ms. Zacharias' son. Several students caught their first fish! Thanks for coming out and we look forward to seeing you again next June!

Word of the Day: Yips, noun, a plural noun that refers to a state of nervousness that affects an athlete when they’re about to make an important move or play. It is almost always used in the phrase “the yips”

These have been your morning announcements.

Have a great National Gingerbread Day and a great learning day!
