Day 1


Good morning, East High School... Be respectful, be dependable, be prepared, and remember, it is a great day to be a Red Devil. These are your morning announcements. Please stand for the Pledge of Allegiance. 


I pledge allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America, and to the Republic for which it stands, one Nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.


Buff Puff is back! What is Buff Puff? It is a coed volleyball competition between the classes. Teams are composed of 4 boys and 4 girls all in the same grade. It will be held on November 9 and start at 6:30pm in our own gym. Stop in the office and pick up a form and form your team! Grades and attendance count! Forms are due back in the office by November 7th. 

 

Attention Boys Basketball players- Open gym will be held today from 3:30-5:00 pm and also on Friday, November 3 from 3:30-5:00 pm.


There are copies of our current Book Club book available to check out. Stop in the library today to check out Man Made Monsters. Our next meeting is November 29.


Do you like coloring? Do you like winning prizes? It's time for our annual Day of the Dead Coloring Contest! Stop in the library to pick up your coloring page and check out the details. Color your way to a free movie gift card or Starbucks gift card! Contest ends today at 3:15. Today is also the day that you can make flowers to decorate the giant skull in the library. Learn how to make a tissue paper flower and add your creation to the community poster!


On Thursday, November 2nd, UW Oshkosh will be in the Career Center for a college visit at 8:45 am. 

 

The fall musical production of Matilda, the Musical opens this Friday, November 3rd.  Students in the pit orchestra, tech teams, and cast invite students and staff to attend. Tickets are on sale in the main office and online - make plans to see this amazing show!
