Day 1


Good morning, East High School... Be respectful, be dependable, be prepared, and remember, it is a great day to be a Red Devil. These are your morning announcements. Please stand for the Pledge of Allegiance. 


I pledge allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America, and to the Republic for which it stands, one Nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.


Latino Club will be meeting this Thursday at 3pm in room 234. See you there.

Attention Juniors: Did you recently receive a special invitation from the Business Senior Internship program? If you did, and you are interested in signing up for Senior Internship so that you can work as a paid intern during your senior year, see Mr. Christy ASAP as the roster for next year is quickly filling up. Again, if you received an invitation for Senior Internship and want to sign up, see Mr. Christy as soon as possible.


Hey Seniors: if you want to be a part of Turkey Day please stop in the Main Office and sign up by Wednesday, November 8th. Turkey day bidding will start next week and Turkey day is November 17th.

 

The library is celebrating National Native American Heritage Month. Stop in the library to check out the book display, maps, and Wisconsin tribal quiz. Check out a book. Discover something new!

 

Did you know that November is International Games Month? Did you know that the library just added 5 new games to our collection? Meet your friends to play a game at lunch. Ask the librarian for help to get started. She loves board games!


Bowlers- just a reminder that sign ups and practices for Bowling Club will be held at Riviera Lanes today at 4:00 pm. We hope to see you there!

Meow, meow! Your Green Bay East FFA has a fundraiser drive for the Wisconsin Humane Society, Green Bay Campus from now until the fifteenth! There is a big red deposit box and donation jar in the main office and room 153. If you have any questions, ask Jordyn Theory or Mr. Mark-cart.

 

Students for Social Justice & Diversity is back! We will be having our first meeting of the year this Friday after school from 3:10-4:00 pm in Room 147. If you want to be involved but aren't able to make it this Friday, email or stop in room 147 to see Mrs. Jensen anytime before the meeting.
