LMC info for Students/Parents during school closing

Q: Where can families pick up devices? All 6th - 12th grade students have the opportunity to use a District Chromebook during the school closure. If you have technology at home, you do not need to pick up a Chromebook. However, for students who do need a Chromebook, April 9th will be the last day that the District will be offering drive-up service at Washington and Franklin Middle Schools between noon and 3 p.m. If you are unable to pick up between noon and 3 p.m., please let your child’s teacher or principal know and arrangements will be made. As a reminder, if your child does not have WiFi service at home, Spectrum is offering free WiFi to all students.

While we will not be requiring a student ID, that will help expedite the process. If there is no ID, we will ask to confirm the name, school, and grade of the student. Students who have been assigned a device will not necessarily get the exact device that they were using when school was in session. Note: this is for students grade 6-12 only at this time.

Q: Where can students get technology support?

( LMC does not have access to password resets from home )

Please email, or for support over the phone, please contact the Help Desk at 920-448-2148, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Please note that calls back to you will be coming from a blocked number or an out of state number.
