East's Gender & Sexuality Alliance (GSA) will start meeting virtually this week on Thursday at 3:15.  GSA is open to any East students who identify as LGBTQIA+ or allies.  If you would like to check it out, please email Ms. Wetzel ([email protected]) or Mrs. Amschler ([email protected]) for the meeting link. 


Sports Emporium has some opportunities to take some classes for soccer and football. Please see the attached flyer if you are interested.


Brown County Flu Clinic: Brown County Health Department is offering 2 free flu shot clinics to children ages 6 months and above (they do not have the adult vaccine available at this time). The clinics are Thursday October 22, (tomorrow) at Edison Middle School from 4pm - 6:30pm and Saturday October 24, at West High school from 10am - 1pm. Please see the attached flyer for more information.

Homework Help: Need help with your classwork?  Are you experiencing technical difficulties?  Use the GBAPS Support Center for assistance after school hours.  Available 4 PM - 8 PM Monday through Thursday and 4 PM - 6:30 PM Friday.

Library Announcement: Do you remember library contests and prizes? They're back! Everyday in October, you can enter to win a treat bag. No tricks! Your name is entered in the Halloween Treat Drawing every time you check out a library book in October. Curbside pickup is available at East High every Tuesday morning and Wednesday and Thursday afternoons. Check out the library homepage, and email Ms. Ollmann if you have questions.

 

School Newspaper: School Newspaper is going virtual, and we need reporters, photographers, and tech-savvy individuals to help us make that happen.  If you are interested in taking part in our school newspaper club, please attend our informational meeting at 3:00 p.m.,, Thursday, Oct. 22.  Contact Mrs. Carlson for the meeting link and details.
