The Wisconsin LGBT Chamber is excited to be hosting its first Virtual Career Week. The week will culminate with the LGBTQ+ & Allies Virtual Career Fair on Thursday, January 28 from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. on BoothCentral. This event is an opportunity to connect diverse talent at all levels, ages, experiences and backgrounds with companies across Wisconsin seeking talent, either as full-time, part-time, or internship positions. During the event, attendees will be able to videoconference 1-on-1 with employers, see open job listings, get their resume reviewed live, and more! You can register for the Career Fair here. Robbie's Hope is an organization to help lower rates of teen suicide. It was started when Robert Eckhert committed suicide and no one knew he was struggling. Our goal is to cut teen suicide in half by 2028. This is a teen lead organization with teens from all over the United States. Bracelets with the suicide hotline are available and so are Handbooks for parents on how to talk to teens about mental health and how to limit their time on technology. Everyone who would like bracelets, handbooks, and stickers should contact me directly by email at [email protected] or call 920-413-5612, and remember.. It's okay to NOT be okay.
